In our collection of classical statues there is the work depicting the Boxer at Rest, made of antique patinated white resin, suitable only for indoor placement.

The Boxer at Rest, also known as the Boxer of the Baths or the Boxer of the Quirinale, is a famous bronze sculpture, from the ancient Greek period, discovered in Rome in 1885. It is supposed that the work depicts a young boxer who has just finished a match and is resting. The work has been attributed to Lysippus or to sculptors of his school, and is considered a masterpiece of Hellenistic sculpture. It is currently kept at the National Roman Museum.
