Our collection of sacred art includes a reduction of the statue of the Madonna of Bruges by Michelangelo, made of antique patinated white resin, suitable only for indoor use.
The original work was commissioned by a wealthy Flemish merchant family, in the early 1800s, to the sculptor. It is currently preserved in the right side aisle of the Church of Our Lady in Burges, Belgium.
