How the goods are delivered.

The sculptures ordered will be shipped via courier. You will have to open the package carefully, without leveraging the internal objects. You have the right of withdrawal that protects online purchases.

In case of damage.

In the event of a damaged package, you can collect it with reservation or not collect it. If you decide not to collect it, you will have to declare to the courier the reason why you are refusing it. If you decide to collect it with reservation (because you have doubts about the integrity of the contents), you must verify, once the package has been opened, that the object is not damaged. In the event of damage, you must notify us and document it with at least two photographs. You must then send us the damaged object, together with the documentation and the original packaging. The damaged object will be restored/replaced shortly.

Right of withdrawal and return of goods.

In accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 22/05/1999 n. 185, it is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 working days of delivery. To withdraw, simply send an e-mail to scaramella.snc@gmail.com and return the goods within 10 days of communication. The goods must be returned intact, without alterations in the original packaging. The refund will be made within 14 days of the return of the goods. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer. The right of withdrawal is not provided for purchases made by companies/professionals with VAT number. The right of withdrawal is not provided for the creation of works performed on commission.
